Top conference centre set in woodland in Kent requires a professional, skilled conference centre manager with a passion for customer service and high standards of delivery. You will have a minimum of 2 years general management experience in a similar operation or have a hotel management background. Overall knowledge of most departments is essential as well as sales strategy, people and client relationship management skills and customer focus. You should be keen, motivated and able to bring your friendly management style into practise, whilst being commercially astute and quality driven, with an eye for detail. 20% annual bonus available.
